    • Please bring valid photo identification. Must be 18 years or older.
    • We buy all seasons, all year; however, we focus on:
    • Spring & Summer items from January to June
    • Fall & Winter items from July to December.

  • Step 2 | We'll Check Out Your Items

    • Our time estimates are based on an average-sized container.
    • Our buyers review your items based on style, condition, and what's in demand.

  • Step 3 | Get Paid Cash On The Spot

    • Get cash on the spot or 25% more in-store credit.
    • Store credit can be redeemed at the Clothes Mentor stores in Columbus, Perrysburg & Sylvania. 

24 Hour Policy

Our storage space is extremely limited. Please return within one business day of receiving your text message. After that, the items we were able to purchase will be automatically paid out to a store gift card, and the items that we were unable to purchase, including the containers you brought them in, will be recycled or donated, with the proceeds going to a charity of the company’s choice.
